Returns

I want people to be happy with their purchase and will endeavour to understand what any issue may be and work with you to rectify.

However, I understand that tractors and their attachments can be a bit unpredictable at the best of time.

Therefore I do accept returns within 14 days of the receipt of your product.

The product must be returned unused. We do not accept returns of used products. Returns will not be accepted if you refuse delivery and send the item back.

Email matthew@compactgroundcare.com explaining the reason for returning the item along with proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for paying all shipping and handling costs for returning an item. Where a credit card has been used for the purchase the associated fee will be deducted from the value of the funds returned. There may be an additional handling charge applied for processing a return but this will be in rare situations.
