Delivery Information

• All stock is held in the UK.

• Delivery rates fluctuate so I quote on an individual basis so you only pay the cost charged to us.

• Most items are delivered by pallet on a truck with a tail lift.

• Formally all pallet delivery companies only drop off at the property entrance (or curb) but in most circumstance their nice delivery people will take it where you need it using their powered pallet trucks. If you’ve got a set of our Pallet Forks then no need, you’ve already got it covered!

• We aim to dispatch within 24-48 hours of order but sometimes group orders for dispatch together.

• Delivery is within 3-4 days (often quicker) and next day is available if you want to pay for it.
